DXRZ AM Zamboanga City station of Radyo Mo Nationwide (RMN) has topped the latest media broadcast survey conducted by the Kapisanan ng mga Brodkasters sa Pilipinas (KBP) and the country’s highly credible survey firm; Nielsen Media Research.
In the field work surveys conducted between the periods of July and August of this year, RMN’s AM station in Zamboanga; DXRZ 900 Khz took the lead in both the ratings and listenership’s share of 78.9%.
Following behind Tatak RMN was DZBB with 8.9% share, while state-owned DXMR Radyo ng Bayan was at third with 4.2% share. DXXX got 2.8 % audience share, and DZMM with 1.9% share.
Joel Toledo Sanson, station manager of RMN Zamboanga said, while he is pleased with the survey results, he said the station owes much to the listeners for their trust and confidence given to RMN in general.
“It’s not just about our duty to public service or our commitment to hardwork. I believe it’s the people’s sense of confidence which ultimately boosts RMN’s presence and credibility as well”. Sanson said.
Sanson said the entire RMN’s AM crew feels honored to such recognition by no less than one of the country’s most trusted firm in social and media survey companies.
Todate, Tatak RMN has reconstituted its program tailored made to the needs of the people with improved and enhanced presentations such as the widely followed ‘Straight to the Point’ anchored by Gil Climaco and Jimmy Villaflores.
Rated with high confidence approval is the daily morning local news Balitang Metro (Zamboanga) anchored by Joel Toledo Sanson and Gerky Valesco. The survey results reflect positive audience appreciation for both trustworthiness and reliability on content and authority of its anchors.
On the otherhand, the early morning run of Unang Radyo, Unang Balita hosted Melanie Guanzon and Santos Cortez deemed with good standing projection that recaps at the same time update news entries for the day. RMN News Nationwide is considered a sustained pillar on current scenarios in the country.
Kuskus Batikus, the exceedingly well listened public affairs program has brought itself colorful insights of the day’s top current news summary discussed and dissected with good-humored and lighthearted discussions by Teodyver Angeles Arquiza, Hermie Ventura and Joel Toledo Sanson whose voice characters such as Lola Paola, Jot, Abdul, Vanessa Paula has endeared in the hearts of the Zamboanga listeners.
