Caddie stabbed dead

A caddie was stabbed to death Tuesday night by unidentifeid assailant at Golf Village, Barangay Upper Calarian, this city.
Police identified the victim as Orlando Montesino Gamorez, 34, single and a resident of the said place.
Gamorez sustained a lone stab wound on his neck that resulted to his instantaneous death.
Police said the victim’s cadaver was recovered in supine position.
Investigation conducted by Police Station 8 (Sinunuc) disclosed that prior to the incident, the victim was having a drinking spree with his friends. According to witnesses, Gamorez left his drinking pal ahead and went home to sleep. He was later discovered dead.
The cadaver of the victim was brought to La Merced Funeral Homes for the post mortem examination and proper disposition.
Motive of the incident is yet to be determined by the police authorities.
