another case of police inefficient, inutil and helpless in stoping lawless element despite the killers riding in motorcycle carring armalite in broad daylight brazenly commiting their criminal activities. its either the police are in cahoot with the criminals or its was some police scalawags commiting the crime or its simply police potala stupidity. still it all leads to poor, weak and corrupt police leadership, police chiefs and policemen.
