Jalosjos eyes world-class tourism plan for Zambo

PDFPrintE-mail

“Our tourism plan for Zamboanga City is world-class and is not only about kite-flying or vinta-sailing!”

Thus how Zamboanguenos for the Transformation of Zamboanga(ZTZ) described its plan to convert Zamboanga City into a tourism zone in Mindanao and the whole country in general.

“Most of ZTZ’s 25-point agenda are geared towards tourism,” said ZTZ founder Romeo “Nonong” Jalosjos.

Jalosjos said selling Sta Cruz Island as the only “Pink Island” in the Philippines will surely lure foreign and domestic tourists.

The establishment of aqua sports in Zamboanga City will be the first in Mindanao and this will add tourism activities once Zamboanga City will be named as “Tourism Zone.”

Other world-class tourism plans mentioned in ZTZ’s 25-point agenda include the upgrading of the Zamboanga Golf and Country Club, reestablishment of the Zamboanga Plaza Hotel, parks and gardens in the east and west coasts of the city, rehabilitation of the Pasonanca Park and several others.

Jalosjos, who already announced that he will run for mayor in the city next year, said he is very confident that Zamboanga City can be a favorite tourist spot and as such will create job opportunities and improve the local economy.

“I did it in Dapitan City with Dakak Resort and Fantasyland that are now visited by foreign and domestic tourists. I can do it here in my birthplace of Zamboanga City,” Jalosjos stressed.

Jolosjos, aboved mention proposed compaign promises are already done or underway. At any rate. Promesis are are made to be broken specially when it is made by a convicted child molester. He corrupted the innocence of that minor girl. If you read the court transcrept in the case of the people of the Philippines vs . The notorious rapist jalosjos. Mr. Jolosjos manipulated and made some promises in order to gain her trust. If he corrupted/ manipulated the innocence of that poor girl what made think that he would not betrayed the public trust? Basically, he is a person will do or say anything to get to get what he wants. At any rate, he will not be in the ballot, because the agency concerned will do what is right and follow the law. With the magnitude of his criminal offense his right of suffrage is perpetually revoked. Therefore, he can not vote or voted upon. The commutation of his sentence by the the crooket ex president does not restore his right of suffrage. Good luck.

why do people raise glass for developments in Dakak or Dapitan, when it is clear that it is one person's agenda to profit himself? Dakak or Gloria de Dapitan is his business not the peoples. Wishing to become a mayor of Zamboanga is his ticket to making him a tycoon "great Lord" of Zamboanga Peninsula... Zamboanguenos, why are you too naive to see this? Or you're just too dazzled with the short change he gives you? Do you really want to be under his tyranny ? Zamboanguenos, you are better than being fooled! Ask the people of Dipolog and Dapitan and you will know why! Don't sell yourself for promises he cannot deliver. Don't think twice now, old politicians just know how to lure people nowadays. We need competent leaders that are knowledgeable of the present time, transforming actions into synergy.

Remember, we are not doing our choice for only our generation, but for the future generations we will leave behind. They deserve a leader who can take care of the present resources for the years to come!
