Lobregat optimistic Comelec will favor petition vs Jalosjos

Mayor Celso Lobregat yesterday expressed optimism the Commission on Elections will exclude the name of  former Zamboanga del Norte congressman and mayoral aspirant Romeo Jalosjos from the voter registration roster.

Lobregat was reacting to the twin petitions filed by District 1 Congresswoman Isabelle Climaco Salazar and Jomar Lobregat with the Comelec calling the office to disallow the registration of Jalosjos as a voter under District 2 since the latter had lost his rights of suffrage due to the heinous crime of rape and acts of lasciviousness cases that led to his imprisonment.

“The petition filed by Beng and Jomar with the Comelec is very strong and we are optimistic the Comelec will rule in favor of their petition,” Lobregat stressed.

The mayor emphasized everybody has the right to vote or be voted upon but “the law is the law and they cannot twist it.”
Asked what his reactions are that Jalosjos has announced his would-candidates, the mayor laughed off at the changes made by the party as he likened it to a rubber ball that is bouncing back and forth.

“Na hinde kita ta entende ese diila partido. Primero yan announce cay si Councilor Mel Sadain corre para  congressman na District 1 ara si Monsi ya tamen maniana quien man tamen. Na District 2 si Mannix dao corre vice mayor acabar ara ya cambia ya tamen cun Mercy Arquiza y si Mannix ay corre ya tamen para congressman, maniana quien ya tamen?” the mayor asked.

He said if Comelec will rule in favor of Salazar and Lobregat’s petition “who is going to run for mayor?”
“Cosa ba se ta pasa canila dol rigodon man,” Lobregat continued.

Lobregat advised the people to be vigilant and alert on the process of registration especially during elections when politicians will try to use the so called “Three Gs” referring to guns, gold and goons.

“Do not be mesmerized by gold, if you love Zamboanga City to not be influenced by the three Gs,” Lobregat said.

Callling the attention of the comelec office and authorities concerned. The pervert jalsojos and party mates are in violation of election compaigned code. Apparently, the jalosjos camp is already campaigned ahead of the schedule campaigned period. Apparently, you could see the pictures of jaloslos all over Zamboanga and not that if you register in there camp they pay you thousands of pesos. And to ensure that you will vote for them, they apparently will get your name. This is the corrupt scheme of the pervert jalosjos he used during election time. Because, of this people from other places, leek Zamboanga del sur, moved to Zamboanga or came by just to register just to be able to get the thousands of pesos he is dolling out. I hope some body is monitoring this and give record and report this corrupt pervert to the authorities. This should not be tolerated here in Zamboanga or anywhere for that matter. Kept record/ evidence and report this pervert to the authorities.

Mr. Jalosjos, the notorious child convicted rapist is not only disqualified to run for high public political office morally, legally but mentally as well. He is demented and confused. He kept changing his demented mind. The good people of Zamboanga should realized this fact, That mr. Jalosjos, is getting senile, demented. He does not seem to be able to make decision firmly. Zamboanga city can not should not tolerate a senile , demented, pervert child molester be the mayor of the city. His party mates are the same corrupt loser as he is. Monsi, Susan delos reyes, dalipe, maraviti, ect.... This corrupt individuals he pick as his party mates are are loser/ corrupt and are using him for his monatary machinery. They are basically using each other. That is the basic trait of loser/ corrupt person. Used and be used. Good luck to the good people of Zamboanga.

Mr. Kiko, probably you meant mr. Jalosjos the rapist has political monitary machinery. You are absolutely right, he has the monitory political machinery. He is using his wealth courtesy of yama*********a treasure to gain political power thereby he could double his treasures. Look at Zamboanga sel sur. Were he came from. He only developed his own property/ business the dagak resort. No less n more. He is one of he'll corrupt guy. He paid millions of pesos to the crooket Arroyo to commute his sentence. Ms. Curry, could you believe the fact the the ex corrupt priest is related to the crooket corrupt ex president Arroyo. This only proofs the bird of the same feather flock together. Good luck to the good people of Zamboanga. Be smart. Think of the future. Don't be entice by the melons of jalosjos. If he gives you money, in returned to vote for his party, be principled enough not to accept it. Do the right thing report him to the comelec and keep record. For violation of election code.vote buyi

dalipe, monsi, elago and the likes are just mesmerized by the money of jalosjos to fund their campaign and pockets.... they put their personal interest first of enriching themselves at the expense to the interest of the city, even to the extend of running and being finance by an ex-convict.

Thats a threat inyour political ambition and agenda. you know that there is no other candidates aside from Mr. Jaloslos that has no strong political machineries. Mr. Lobregats family is not staying in Zambaonga, dont you know...?
