This monster should be wipe from the face of the earth. Any crime against young innocence children should get the death penalty or life in prison without the possible of parole. And even president should not be able to commute said sentence. We don't need this kind of evil breed. The judge in order to set an example aside from permanent prison sentenced, should humiliate him further by ordering him to exposed him to the public, ordering him to say in public, " I raped a 7 year old girl and now I'm going to hell ". Protecting, nourishing, developing, educating the children, the youth should be everybody's priority. The government should consider this fact and make profound effort to see the welfare of children in all aspects in Childs development. Because, the youth are the hope of the the future. I wonder, what's mr. Jalosjos priority? I know for a fact that he has a big admirer/fan from mr. Pervert ARIP ANDAM Y HAJULA.
