The National Association of Electricity Consumers for Reforms, Inc. (NASECORE) local chapter conducted a power forum with a theme “Finding Ways in Building Up ZAMCELCO,” at the Session Hall of Sangguniang Panlungsod (City Council) last November 5, this year.
The participants are the officers of the Multi-Sectoral Electrification Advisory Council (MSEAC) – a considered watchdog of the Zamboanga City Electric Cooperative, Inc. (ZAMCELCO).
The occasion started with invocation and singing of the national anthem led by NASECORE Public Information Officer Lulu Mangaong by the opening remarks and inspirational message by Vice Mayor Cesar Iturralde represented by District 2 councilor Elong Natividad.
This was followed by the forum proper with NASECORE national president Pete Ilagan as resource speaker who presented on the financial and institutional as pects of ZAMCELCO.
