Another MANG INASAL Branch opened its door to the public last Wednesday, May 2, 2012. The MANG INASAL La Purisima Branch is the 3rd branch after MANG INASAL Southway Square and MANG INASAL YUBENCO Star Mall.

MANG INSAL home to the famous Bacolod chicken barbeque now has a long line of other mouthwatering and delicious recipes to choose from. They have the Paborito Meals (paa,spicy paa, pecho, bangus and pork sisig, boneless bangus and grilled liempo) Merienda Menus (pancit malabon, dinuguan with inihaw pandesal and puto, pan inasal and ginataang halo halo) ADD Ons (pancit molo, bangus and pork sinigang, bangus and pork sisig, lumpiang sardinas, camote chips, ginataang kangkong and ensaladang talong) Panamis (turon split, ice scramble, buko pandan jelly, leche plan, sorbetes, saging melt) and Sulit Meals ( Grupo meals).

The blessing rites at 9:00 in the morning was officiated by Rev. Fr. JEFFREY TAIB, a batcmate of Mr. DANNY LIM one of the owners of MANG INSAL at the Zamboanga Chiong Hua High School while the Ribbon Cutting ceremony was done by no less than the City Mayor of Zamboanga Hon. CELSO L. LOBREGAT and District 1 Congresswoman and House Deputy Speaker Hon. MARIA ISABEL "BENG" GARCIA CLIMACO-SALAZAR.

Gracing the occasion were Mrs. CELY WEE, JESSICA YUCOR, businessmen ROGER TAN, BENJIE CHIONG and RODY TORRES, Mr. JOEMAR LOBREGAT, SUSAN CHIONG, ERIC and MILLIE LIM, RUBEN and LILY CHUA, MCTV Marketing Manager KATHY CHUA, former Metro Bank Executive MAURICIO CHIONG, SG Stockholders MARILYN LORENZO and ANITA CHUA , China Bank Manager Mr.ASUNCION and more others whose names escapes my memory at the moment.

The new MANG INASAL branch opening adds to the progress of Zamboanga City and soon another branch will be established in Sibugay.
