After almost 3 years of waiting, finally, the Senior Flight Stewardess of Dubai United Arab Emirates Airlines MARIA ANGELA F. GARCIA tied the knot with Ateneo Blue Vigor's Dance Maestro now Sales Associate in Dubai, Emirates, DJ IRVOM ERIC A. RESUENA in a very solemn church wedding in the afternoon of June 16, 2012 at St. Ignatius of Loyola Parish church in Tetuan, Zamboanga City.

Rev. Fr. DING VAÑO gave the homily, where he narrated an unforgettable experience while on his way to visit his sister in Switzerland aboard Emirates plane when MARIA ANGELA, one of the cabin crew then, approached him and asked for a confession. It was his first ever in-flight confession.

The groom is the eldest among three children of Mr. and Mrs. WILMER P. RESUENA, who works as captain of the ROMULADELz' cruise ship in Cebu-Manila route while Mrs. AMAZONA A. RESUENA is with the DILG Regional Office in Pagadian City. The family resides in Tumaga, Z.C.

The bride is the second of the three children of REYNOLD and SONIA GARCIA who has been working with Emirates Airlines the last seven years.

The couple met in Dubai in 2009  and since then discovered that they had many things in common and shared same interests especially in the field of music and dance. Henceforth, their  friendship blossomed and sealed  in the Holy Sacrament of Matrimony.
