Ms Helen Tan reigns as Reyna Elena

My heartfelt congratulations to my friend Mrs. HELEN TAN wife of businessman ROGER TAN who reigned as Reyna Elena in the May Flower Festival (Santracruzan) of St. Joseph Parish.
This year’s St. Joseph Santacruzan is a popularity contest to raise funds for the various projects that the parish will undertake.
HELEN’s court is composed of the following Sagalas – ROSALINA BULAWIN, reyna de las flores; LETICIA “LETTY” KWAN-TAN, reyna dela virgines; HAZEL KAREN NIEZ, reyna de las profetas; ALMA NATIVIDAD, reyna del cielo; RUBY ANN BANGALADO, reyna de paz; MA. PAZ “PATSY” ORENDAIN-EBOL, reyna Rosa mystical, KATHERINE RUTH ONG, reyna de las Estrellas and FELICITA JUMALON, reyna FE.
The coronation night was held last Saturday, May 26, 2012 at the St. Joseph Parking Space open stage with homages from the Daughters of Mary Immaculate who was recently adjudged winner during the convention held in Tagaytay, the Western Mindanao State University Jambangan Dance Troupe and the Coro de San Jose.
A procession passing through the vicinity of St. Joseph Church was also held in the afternoon with Elena and her sagalas donning beautiful gowns and artistic Arcos.
